A Day in the Life

An exciting role for an Associate Product Specialist to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business based in Sydney!

In this highly visible role working closely with the Marketing Manager the Associate Product Specialist will have an opportunity to work within a team of talented marketing professionals promoting highly innovative and market leading technology services and solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide support to the CRM Marketing team in a number of key areas:

  • Product and stakeholder strategies

  • Marketing Analytics and Performance Metrics

  • Business Reporting / QBRs

  • Product Lifecycle Management

  • Development implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies

  • Veeva approval process

  • Tender submission process

  • Product launch excellence

  • Development and management of annual Marketing Plan / Campaign

  • Sales Enablement strategies

  • Regulatory / Reimbursement strategies

  • Management of infrastructure to support device management and follow-up (tablets)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree/Tertiary qualifications essential

  • A Customer focused approach

  • Ability to absorb complex technical information and an aptitude for technology

  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
