We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Support Engineer to join our technical support team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in IT.
Tasks
- Provide basic technical support through various channels (email phone ticketing systems chat).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware software network or access issues.
- Document incidents solutions and procedures in the internal knowledge base.
- Escalate unresolved issues following established protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Linux or macOS).
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and basic networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of programming logic (e.g. conditions loops variables).
- Introductory knowledge of databases (e.g. understanding of SQL relational data basic queries).
- Nice to have: knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Freshdesk Zendesk) or ITIL principles (not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proactive mindset customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
