Job Description

Business Analyst Role Description: Experience supporting full stack teams. Mobile app team experience a plus Experience eliciting technical and business requirements Ability to provide requirements as prompts (experience with prompt engineering) Familiarity with Flutter/Dart Springboot Jenkins APIs mobile design patterns and the ability to quickly understand new and emerging technologies. At a minimum must be able to understand the vernacular. Additional experience a plus Familiarity with AI coding assistants like github copilot cursor etc. Hands on experience with some AI tools (gemini chatgpt copilot etc.) a must Experienced at facilitating requirements gathering and elicitation sessions A vocal leader who will drive towards solutions and lighten the load for engineers by providing dev ready requirements Experience managing test data for a large team is a plus Demonstrated continual learner with focus on improving their craft/skills Experience creating persistent requirements and other documentation Competencies: Business Analysis Digital : Windows Mobile Application Development Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: Business Analyst - Experience supporting full stack teams.
