Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed revenue targets
Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals
Drive daily sales operations with a focus on conversions and team productivity
Train mentor and motivate the team to enhance performance and skill levels
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and closing
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support the team and engage with clients effectively
Experience:
4 years of proven team-handling experience in sales
Prior work experience with TIME IMS Career Launcher BYJU S Unacademy or similar ed-tech/test-prep firms is a must
Strong track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a target-driven fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
