Job Title:Final Assembly Technician
Pay Range:$22$30/hour
Location:Tulsa OK
Shift:1st Shift Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Position Overview
We are actively seekingFinal Assembly Techniciansfor 1st shift openings at our Tulsa location. This hands-on position is responsible for the assembly of heat exchangers utilizing a range of tools and techniques to meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely assemble heat exchangers using general shop and hand tools
Install structural and drive components including motors and propellers
Accurately interpret and follow blueprints and assembly instructions
Utilize appropriate fasteners and hardware for secure installations
Adhere to the daily production schedule and complete assignments on time
Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications
Prior experience in mechanical assembly required
Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work
Work Environment
This position operates in a high-paced industrial setting. The facility is not climate-controlled and may expose employees to loud noise dust and airborne metal particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE)including hearing protection safety glasses and steel-toed bootsis required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending kneeling climbing ladders and reaching overhead
Strong visual acuity and depth perception for precise assembly work
