You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Job Card Controller is responsible for accurately opening updating and closing job cards for maintenance and repair activities of heavy vehicles and equipment. The role ensures proper documentation coordination between workshop teams and timely reporting to maintain operational efficiency and transparency.
Open and issue job cards for all incoming repair and maintenance jobs.
Ensure all vehicle and equipment details are accurately recorded.
Coordinate with workshop supervisors technicians and service advisors to track job progress.
Monitor job status and update job cards with time material and labour consumed.
Close completed job cards with proper documentation and verification.
Maintain records of pending ongoing and completed jobs.
Generate daily weekly and monthly job card reports for management.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
Diploma or technical certification in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within heavy vehicle or equipment workshops.
Proficiency in job card management systems or workshop ERP software.
Strong attention to detail documentation and coordination skills.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
