We are looking for a strategic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Director of Engineering with strong experience in leading cutting-edge engineering services and technological solutions for companies across North America and LATAM. This profile combines deep technical expertise with business vision the ability to lead high-performance teams and a focus on growth innovation and delivering value aligned with client goals.
Requisitos
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both written and spoken communication with proven experience in international corporate environments).
- Technology Experience: 10 years in software engineering solution architecture or cloud services (IaaS SaaS DevOps AI/ML etc.).
- Commercial Focus: Experience leading proposals RFPs and closing tech-related business deals; ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Proven experience operating in the U.S. Canada and LATAM with flexibility to travel and adapt to different business dynamics.
- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering Software Engineering
