KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To drive in-store visibilities for Look Like #1 by equipping sales members with following tools/plans/knowledges together with other TM team members.
1. DEVELOP CONSUMER ACTIVATION PLANS BY FULLY UTILIZING RED BULL ASSET
- Plan national and customized consumer activation plan (campaign) by fully utilizing Red Bull Assets to increase in-store visibilities and off-take sales during that period.
- Communicate frequently and smoothly with sales and marketing team for the best utilization of Red Bull Asset to maximize sales. This includes finding opportunities by connecting Red Bull Marketing Assets and Business Opportunities.
- The scope is national plan customized plan and regional plans.
2. DRIVE IN-STORE VISIBILITIES WITH THE BEST POSMs TO FIT JAPAN
- Develop POSMs to drive in-store visibilities for various plans by closely working with Marketing team HQ TM team and sales members with a balance of Global guidance and local needs.
- Equip Global POSM and Brand Guidance to develop the best POSMs.
3. MAXIMIZE AND OPTIMIZE POSM MANAGEMENT
- Optimize costs/operations/process with a holistic view of POSM supply chain and cycles by collaborating with Operation team and Finance team.
- Guide sales members to maximize POSM usage with the best forecast.
4. EQUIP SALES MEMBERS WITH PERFECT STORE CONCEPT
- Conduct perfect store training for field sales activators and Key account team
- Lead improvement of instore execution qualities and quantities by giving directions for the instore execution of various plans providing feedback and offering solutions behind deep understanding of branding sales and retailers.
5. SHOWCASE RED BULL IN TRADE SHOW
- Maximize Trade show exposure with collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree (business marketing or similar).
EXPERIENCE
More than 35 years in FMCG sector with a Trade Marketing experience through retailors. Sales experience is highly preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Leadership taking proactive actions in assigned tasks.
- Deep understanding of markets sales & customers competitor activity shopper behavior in FMCG context.
- Intermediate English skill in speaking writing at least be able to communicate with HQ/APAC members in English.
- MS Office (Word Excel Power Point) skill.
- Good presentation skills
