Job Description
Location: Industrial Estate in Prawet Bangkok
Working hours: Monday Saturday ()
Type of Hiring: Permanent
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our core accounting functions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong experience in manufacturing and export environments including bonded warehouse BOI privileges and tax refund processes. He/she will be responsible for managing full set of accounting financial reporting audit readiness and the implementation of Microsoft NAV/Business Central ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger cost accounting and monthly closings for manufacturing in compliance with TFRS.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes and management reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit all required accounting reports tax reports (VAT WHT corporate tax filings) to the Revenue Department accurately and on time.
- Prepare all documentation for shareholder meetings and regulatory filings.
- Handle BOI and bonded warehouse reporting.

- Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate costing of products.
- Develop implement and maintain internal accounting controls and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise / Coordinate with internal and external auditor including those for industrial standards (ISO RJC GMP COSTCO) during annual audits and ensure timely completion.
- Oversee accounting data accuracy and workflow setup in Microsoft NAV/Business Central
- Support ERP transition and design efficient workflows and approval structures
- Develop and enforce SOPs for all accounting processes
- Supervise and develop the accounting team to maintain high standards of performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of strong experience in full-set of accounting with 3 - 5 years in management / leadership role within a manufacturing environment preferably in manufacturing or luxury goods industry.
- Strong background in manufacturing/export accounting including bonded warehouse BOI privileges and tax refund procedures
- Registered as a Licensed Accountant () with the Federation of Accounting Professions (TFAC) and holds a valid CPD (Continuing Professional Development) license - eligible to sign financial statements and filings
- Good command of English both written and spoken for audit coordination and internal communication preparing financial reports and liaise with foreign stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting reports to the Revenue Department.
- Proficient in ERP systems with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. Experience in system implementation or significant process rebuilding is highly valued.
- High sense of responsibility highly accuracy and organized with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and compliance with standards.
