Description

To maintain superior customer focus we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our team starting in August 2025. This position will provide mechanical design detail and engineering expertise. This role can lead to other meaningful opportunities in design and engineering in Louisville or perhaps within the vast Emerson network of companies around the world!

In this role your responsibilities will be:

  • Working 3D modeling with Autodesk Inventor & CoCreate
  • Create assembly drawings & detail drawings
  • 2D drafting with Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested directed or assigned

Who you are:

You are an individual the cultivates innovation are action oriented and are able to collaborate across departments.

For this role you will need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Computer Science or related field.
  • Must be proficient in CoCreate or Inventor
  • Good communication skills - oral and written
  • Accurate data entry and solid typing skills required
  • Proficient drawing interpretation
  • Solid math and computer skills
  • Work well with minimal supervision
