Manufacturing Engineer Job Overview
Support the production of high-quality machined parts by developing efficient manufacturing processes programming CNC machines and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on new product development process improvement and technical problem-solving to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan machining and assembly operations based on customer requirements.
- Develop shop routings operation sheets tooling and process documentation.
- Program CNC machines to efficiently produce high-quality components.
- Analyze and resolve machining and tooling issues.
- Create or revise manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.
- Lead and manage key engineering projects.
- Participate in Corrective Action and MRB Boards.
- Apply value engineering to reduce cost lead time and cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and military/contractual requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
- 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong CAD/CAM proficiency
- Advanced blueprint reading skills including GD&T
