What youll do:
Assist customers via phone email and chat with queries related to orders subscriptions and invoices
Deliver highquality service to ensure a superior customer experience
Follow up on customer queries until fully resolved meeting deadlines and commitments
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth processing of requests
What were looking for:
High level of French (written and spoken)
Fluent English (B2)
Previous experience in customer relations
Strong interpersonal and writing skills
Computer literacy (MS Office or similar)
Versatility organization and ability to work autonomously in a fastchanging environment
