Talent Acquisition Specialist

Were looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role youll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process sourcing candidates coordinating interviews and building strong talent pipelines to support our companys growth.
Youll play a key role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring a seamless engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and believe that people are an organizations greatest asset we want to hear from you.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify current and future hiring needs.
Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each roles requirements.
Coordinate pre-boarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Forecast hiring needs on a quarterly and annual basis by department.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting to track progress and performance.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
Prior experience in e-commerce or startup environments is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership accountability and attention to detail.
