Lead the Learning Operations & Delivery team who are operationalising the changing face of learning at for logistics (offshore and onshore) commercial/vendor relationships learning platform operations learning profiles and controls and facilitation. Whats the role
Youll be the driving force behind how learning comes to life at Westpac. Leading a large vibrant team who are responsible for learning logistics and planning (onshore and offshore) LMS enhancements and maintenance content testing SOX controls LMS user code maintenance and reporting commercial services and program facilitation. Youll be the go-to for making sure our learning experiences are smooth smart and seriously impactful.
What do I need
To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Experience leading large learning teams of 40. Youre a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in people and teams.
- Strong process management and learning operations experience. Youre all about quality governance and making sure learning is delivered with precision.
- Proven experience in Agile/Lean capability and continuous improvement.
- Significant experience with Learning Management Systems and love making tech work for people.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Youre confident managing vendors and building strong collaborative relationships.
