We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deep Learning Researcher to join our advanced AI research team. This role involves designing developing and optimizing deep learning models for complex real-world applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background proficiency in machine learning frameworks and the ability to translate theoretical advancements into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct original research in deep learning including model development experimentation and evaluation.
Design train and fine-tune neural network architectures for tasks such as computer vision natural language processing and reinforcement learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production environments.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
Stay current with state-of-the-art advancements in AI and deep learning.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong research culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX.
Strong foundation in neural network architectures optimization and statistical learning.
Proven research track record including publications in top-tier venues.
Excellent programming skills (Python CUDA etc.) and familiarity with GPU-based training.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$40 - $65 per hour depending on experience and research impact.
