About The Role
This role is ideal for a commercially-minded account manager who enjoys building relationships across their accounts and enjoys the challenge of expanding the spending across their accounts.
Success in this role will be based: #1). Expansion and #2). Retention. In this role the super majority of the AMs activities should be focused on speaking with users and decision makers. You need create a retention heat map and forecast for your patch and an expansion plan for each account. Youre expected to focus most of your energy on reaching out and getting to know every relevant decision maker across your accounts while delegating technical issues to the client success teams.
About The Person
The successful candidate is expected to have:
A minimum of 5 years in software / SaaS account management experience
A proven record in account retention experience
A proven record of account expansion in a Software / SaaS AM role
A proven record of being able to reach out and establish brand new relationships with the highest stakeholders relating to your accounts
A proactive and self-starting mindset and a drive to own their pipeline
Excellent presentation skills
A proven experience of chairing sales meetings with multiple stakeholders from both sides
The desire and ability to travel and meet in person with users and decision makers
A growth mindset and the hunger to elevate their career and earning
The mindset where they thrive on challenges and is ready to bring energy focus and creativity to a scale-up environment.

Base Salary: $110k$150k Super (based on experience)
OTE: $200k$250k (base uncapped commission)
Share Options: Valued at between $60K and $200K
