Workflow Planning:
- Planning and documentation of work steps workflows and procedures. Creation of work instructions (process change and control plans and PFMEA).
- Defining process optimization. Finding alternatives and calculating investment costs.
- Procurement of tools and equipment.
Technical Planning:
- Reviewing technical documentation and technical requirements. Optimizing process steps researching new production methods. Planning and monitoring trial production series conducting training related to changes in project tools.
Coordination:
- Coordinating activities with relevant departments.
- Coordinating activities with external suppliers (machine tool suppliers).
- Other activities as assigned by the Employer.
Qualifications :
Education:
- VI-VII degree of professional qualification (schools with mechanical or electrical engineering focus are preferred).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in the automotive industry.
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology.
