About the Role
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is recognised as a leader in healthcare excellence and innovation serving its local community patients from across Australia and internationally.
RPAH is recruiting a full time administrative officer to complement and enhance the current Release of Information team. The position is based on site in the main hospital working business hours.
The Release of Information Officer will perform administrative functions to manage and process requests for personal health information in accordance with privacy legislation. You will liaise with patients healthcare professionals legal representatives and government agencies to ensure the secure and timely release of medical records. The role also involves a range of administrative duties including data entry document preparation correspondence and maintaining accurate records in internal databases.
