Stanley College is on the lookout for a Student Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic and passionate team!

As a Student Recruitment Officer youll play a pivotal role in connecting with future students guiding them through the enrolment journey and representing Stanley College at expos school visits and industry events.

This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engaging with prospective students via phone email and face-to-face interactions to provide course information and career advice
Converting leads into enrolments by building rapport and delivering outstanding customer service
Representing Stanley College at recruitment events expos and school visits
Managing and tracking leads in HubSpot to maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline
Supporting admissions and enrolment processes with accurate data entry and student records
What Youll Bring:
Experience in student recruitment sales or customer service (experience in the education sector highly regarded)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus!)
A Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
