Whats the role
As the Head of Content Management Platforms youll lead the strategic direction and delivery of Westpacs enterprise content capabilities. This includes overseeing intelligent document processing document generation and content management platforms. Youll manage a significant portfolio of programs ($20M annually) drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and lead a large high-performing team. Your work will enable smarter more efficient operations across the bank and support our broader transformation agenda.
What do I need
To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology teams in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in content management platforms including IDP document generation and digital signing.
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills including executive-level communication.
- A solid engineering background with hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and DevSecOps.
- A passion for driving innovation and simplifying operational processes through technology.
