Job Description
The primary responsibility of the program specialistposition is to provide program implementation research identification andimplementation support and guidance across the district and individualschools. Additionally it is to helpteachers analyze their teaching behaviors to increase student performance inthe program. The program specialist willwork with building principals leadership teams and teachers and willfacilitate the process for adopting implementing and monitoring a PreK district program plan including assessment instruction professional developmentand program evaluation. The programspecialist will be expected to be current in instructional strategies and modeland coach teachers in program strategies.
