Are you looking for an opportunity where you can grow and develop your skills

As a Closing Coordinator within Wholesale Loan Services you will manage post-loan closing activities in collaboration with the Credit Officer Banker Outside Counsel and various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the receipt of all legal loan documentation and address any legal documentation exceptions to meet the banks required standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the teams pipeline of active legal documentation exceptions.
  • Review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility regulatory requirements and mitigation of operational risk.
  • Review operational requirements relating to legal documentation exceptions process and policies.
  • Coordinate flow of post loan closing tasks

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial loan products and documentation.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
