Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Lead and mentor sales consultants and marketers.
Identify and qualify new business leads across industries.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
Build relationships with clients Zoho regional managers and stakeholders.
Prepare regular sales forecasts pipeline reports and team performance reviews.
Align closely with marketing and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with Zoho or similar business tools is a plus.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B solution sales ideally SaaS or IT services.
A potential candidate should have experience as a Sales Manager ideally in a leadership role.
The candidate should have experience in B2B sales with expertise in the Northern Market.
