Job Description

The Solution Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for Zoho products build and supervise a sales team and manage strategic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal to driving digital transformation for businesses through cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor sales consultants and marketers.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads across industries.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build relationships with clients Zoho regional managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts pipeline reports and team performance reviews.
  • Align closely with marketing and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Zoho or similar business tools is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B solution sales ideally SaaS or IT services.
  • A potential candidate should have experience as a Sales Manager ideally in a leadership role.
  • The candidate should have experience in B2B sales with expertise in the Northern Market.
