The Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cint plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Sales teams. As a Sales Development Representative on the team you will spearhead early-stage conversations with prospective clients generating excitement around Cints innovative solutions for advertising research. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new function build meaningful relationships and develop valuable sales skills in a high-growth dynamic environment. What you will do

  • Land meetings with key decision-makers: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email phone LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients.

  • Become a master of outreach: Research your target accounts craft compelling and personalized messages and develop creative strategies to stand out from the crowd.

  • Collaborate and grow: Work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and share best practices with your talented SDR peers to constantly improve your skills and exceed your goals.

  • Drive revenue: Exceed your monthly meeting quotas and earn competitive commissions based on your performance.

  • Become a market research expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of Cints innovative solutions and stay updated on the latest trends in the market research industry.

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For

  • Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment: Enjoys working with a diverse team contributing to a positive and competitive team spirit.
  • Proven track record of success: At least 1 year of experience as an SDR demonstrating a consistent and passion to generate qualified leads through cross-channel campaigns and personalized targeting.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual: A self-starter with a strong work ethic independent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to outreach.
  • An appreciation of the importance of market research to brands and agencies.
  • Enthusiastic and driven: Excels at prospecting building relationships and developing creative solutions to address client needs.

Additional Information :

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

The anticipated pay range for this role is $36000 to $45000 annual base salary ($17.37 - $21.63 hourly) with on target annual commission of $15840 - $19800. In addition this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
