Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Software Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations with external systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.

Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Software Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations with external systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations development processes and user guides.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Git Jenkins and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of data migration strategies and tools (e.g. Data Loader ETL).
