Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Software Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and integrations with external systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other tools.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Maintain documentation for system configurations development processes and user guides.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Git Jenkins and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of data migration strategies and tools (e.g. Data Loader ETL).
