RESPONSABILITIES
- Coordination of sales team events & trade shows that VOSKER or SPYPOINT participate in.
- Acts as key liaison between the marketing brand team & customer advisory center.
- Coordinate rebrand-related tasks between internal teams and communicate with external partners when required.
- Coordination of new packaging research with internal teams external suppliers & offshore printers in partnership with brand directors.
- Adaptation of social media strategy from the North American Team for the European market social channels.
- Support our internal communications team for special corporate events.
- Leads monthly reporting & analysis for the brand team.
- Coordinate other special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience coordinating special events such as tradeshows.
- Experience in developing packaging.
- Experience working with Salesforce PowerPoint & Excel.
- Experience working with Canva is an asset.
- Experience working with TRELLO JIRA or any project management tool is an asset.
- Experience working with a creative team to brief project collateral.
Experience with planning & scheduling content for social media channels
