Your Mission
As our new Sales Executive you will be part of the Sales Organization and report to the Head of Sales. You will play a pivotal role in our sales team working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Dutch market.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales of our innovative new platform to the Lithuanian business sector. You will have the unique challenge of guiding new businesses through their bid and procurement journey ensuring they see the full value of our solution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Managing prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the complete sales and upselling process from initial contact to deal closure onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales records and routinely update the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the Lithuanian public procurement market using industry insights to fuel sales strategies and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • (Ideally 2-3 years) experience in B2B SaaS digital sales and a high drive for results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from high-velocity sales.
  • Knowledge of the public procurement market in Finland is highly desirable.

Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid remote
Location: Vilnius Lithuania
