Job Description

CGEMJP Cisco Aruba LAN & WiFi technology L3 expert C2 Mumbai/Pune Role: Wireless (WIFI) Administration Grade B2 Work Place- Mumbai/ AIROLI OR Bangalore/EPIP Office. Job Description: The role is to manage the build/ operation and maintenance support for the Wireless infrastructure of large organization. Job Description: Relevant hands on experience in Wireless infrastructure management. Proficient on Cisco Wireless technologies as well as Aruba Wireless technologies. Hands on experience over management of WIFI infrastructure and involved in new build activities for Wireless structuring. Good understanding of CPI Prime Management and working. Planning of remediation steps for major infrastructure bottlenecks problems Installation and configurations of Cisco and Aruba Wireless infrastructure troubleshooting major issues and working independently to resolve wireless issues. Strong understanding of DNAC CPI and WIFI technologies. Deployment of WIFI setup for small to medium infrastructure and management of the same. Excellent troubleshooting skill as a Wireless administrator. Good understanding of QOS over Wireless infra. Good knowledge on SSID Policy based shaping NAC and ISE technologies. Develop workflows process and programmable automation procedures. Work individually or as part of a team to deliver on assigned projects and tasks. Design recommend and document solutions to meet identified customer requirements. Prepare implementation plans for implementing systems or solutions according to defined requirements. Proactively identify gaps risks and issues and navigates organizational structure to resolve them. Provide advanced troubleshooting through proven technical expertise Manage the change incident and problem queue within ITIL framework. Drive vulnerability remediation for WIFI infrastructure. Responsible for handling P1/Major Incident and Escalated Issue. Technical connect with customer in daily/weekly/Monthly meeting and periodical Tools report to stakeholders. Collaboration with all the Domain leads to manage the requirements. Vendor management skills along with timeline management to complete the activities. Should work in shifts and on call support whenever needed.
