Job Title: People & Culture Business Partner IV
Location: Hybrid LA (Burbank CA) or Atlanta (Techwood GA)

Overview:
Warner Bros is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner IV to support organizational design and workforce planning as part of a business separation initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR leaders using Orgvue or similar tools to manage org modeling workforce transitions and HR analytics. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional in-person presence for key workshops or meetings.

Position:
Contract 2 openings
Duration: Long-term
Client: Warner Bros

Responsibilities:
Partner with People & Culture leaders to drive organizational design and workforce planning.
Utilize Orgvue ChartHop or Workday to analyze org structures and roles.
Execute and track workforce transition plans.
Monitor implementation of organizational changes across business units.
Drive alignment with financial budgets and synergy/dyssynergy tracking.
Assist with data review and cleanup tied to separation activities.
Support downstream actions such as talent selection position implementation and joiner/leaver management.

Requirement Qualifications:
2 years experience with Org Design tools (Orgvue ChartHop Workday).
5 years experience in HR or People & Culture team environments.
2 years experience with HR analytics tools (e.g. Workday).
Strong understanding of organizational design workforce planning and business transformations.
Nice to have: experience in business separation and stakeholder management.
Soft Skills: Collaboration agility and transformation mindset.

Candidate Details:
Open to candidates with strong HR transformation and org design tool experience.
Local to Burbank CA or Atlanta GA preferred due to hybrid requirement.
