Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Manage multiple client engagements from initiation to delivery ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met

Define project scopes timelines and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives

Work closely with product engineering and design teams to ensure project alignment with client goals

Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders

Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships

Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team on expansion strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or a related field

8 15 years of experience in project or engagement management roles

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)

Proven experience in customer-facing roles preferably in a software or consulting environment

Excellent project planning and organizational skills

Strong communication presentation and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with project management tools like Jira Trello Asana or MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP CSM or SAFe certification

Experience managing SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects

Previous consulting or client services background
