Job Description
- Develop and execute sales objectives programs and budgets to drive business growth.
- Lead and oversee sales operations through Territory Sales Managers ensuring performance targets are met.
- Monitor competitors products sales strategies and market trends to refine business approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering manufacturing distribution and support teams to meet customer needs and ensure timely account collections.
- Oversee the training development and performance of district personnel including Territory Managers Field Supervisors administrative and engineering staff.
- Implement employee retention programs professional development plans and succession strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction or a related industry.
- Must have experience with Forming and Shoring and understand the construction cycle.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
- A college degree in Engineering Business Management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication leadership problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales and service plans while guiding the team to success.
- Negotiation and strategic thinking skills to drive sales and resolve business challenges.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Travel is required as part of the role.
