Job Description-
rSTAR Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-scale initiatives for our client APS. This is a strategic role that involves cross-functional leadership stakeholder engagement and end-to-end program delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management experience a background in managing enterprise technology projects and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
Years of experience: - 8 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale programs with multiple project workstreams.
- Manage cross-functional teams resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
- Establish and maintain program governance reporting and communication protocols.
- Ensure alignment with client goals and business outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement in program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Facilitate agile or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Qualification & skills :-
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong program/project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting environments.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Experience in managing cross-functional global teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet).
- PMP Agile or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or high-tech industries preferred.
- Experience with Building & deploying custom Al solutions.
