Job Title: Integration Analyst (Full Time)
Location: Fully Remote OR work from our office in Sacramento CA

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integrations Analyst to join our Implementation Solutions Team. In this client-facing role you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design document test and deliver exceptional integrations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage integration timelines ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with clients to gather integration requirements.
- Provide innovative and effective integration solutions that balance client needs with NEXGEN software functionality.
- Identify and resolve gaps in integrations or workflows to enhance client experience.
- Discuss multiple solution options weighing pros and cons to inform decision-making.
- Lead testing calls with clients to verify integration functionality and use cases.
- Continuously learn about the latest technologies to advance integration capabilities.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing integrations and processes implementing enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Analytics or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in designing integration solutions.
- Proficiency with relational databases SQL Server Web APIs and ETL techniques.
- Experience with CMMS/EAM or ERP products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for investigating data anomalies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range of $90000 - $110000/year based on experience.
