Job Description
Are you an experienced leader in poultry operations ready to take your career to the next level Were seeking a Senior Live Production Manager to lead daily operations drive production efficiency and mentor a high-performing team.
What Youll Do:
Oversee daily farm operations: breeding feeding flock health
Ensure compliance with biosecurity animal welfare and quality standards
Lead mentor and develop farm and department managers
Manage budgets inventory and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit business goals
What Were Looking For:
5-7 years in poultry production 3 in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage large-scale live production
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working field hours including weekends
Breeder management experience a plus
