Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage people and processes in a shop-floor environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting with loud machinery and production operations.
You will oversee day-to-day production functions ensure timely order fulfillment and help lead a team with accountability and purpose.
Production Lead Responsibilities
- Lead support and manage a team of production employees
- Oversee and coordinate shipping receiving and inventory functions
- Assign daily tasks and prioritize work based on orders and business needs
- Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate goals and address challenges
- Monitor production flow and follow up on outstanding orders
- Maintain safety standards and ensure production targets are met
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Production Lead Requirements
- 3 years of leadership experience in a production warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of shipping receiving inventory and order management
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage priorities
- Comfortable working in a shop-like environment with loud machinery
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Must be a self-starter who works well under minimal supervision
