Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position is a key member of the payroll team and requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Essential Functions
-Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
-Respond to timekeeper manager and employee inquiries regarding payroll.
-Makes payroll edits hours updates and manual changes each payroll cycle.
-Investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies.
-Produce both scheduled and ad-hoc reports and may provide some interpretive analysis of the data.
-Responsible for identifying data quality issues and working to resolve and/or escalate them.
Education
Associates Degree Finance preferred or High School Diploma or Equivalent required
