The IFS payroll process is outsourced to a global company CloudPay and currently includes 23 countries and 33 payrolls. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the correct information and documentation to this partner and also IFS HR and finance teams around the world.
As one of our Global Payroll Executives you will join our Global Payroll Team in Colombo Sri Lanka where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements.
This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Collect compile and enter employee status changes new hires terminations and payroll data and upload data to CloudPay.
- Investigate reconcile and correct payroll data issues discrepancies and errors
- Timely and accurately prepare on-demand checks for terminations retro-adjustments and other disbursements determined to be necessary for immediate distribution
- Able to build payroll reports on time and supply to global HR and finance teams on schedule

- Must be willing to work the standard hours applicable to the Global Payroll assigned.

- University Degree (BA/BSc) in related field Payroll Professional Certified - CIPP/IPASS/APA or equivalent.
Experience
- Working in payroll is essential with a minimum of 4 years experience
- Central Europe payrolls experience is an advantage
