Job Description

About the Position:
QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) Onsite
Start Date: Immediate

Support Type: Voice

Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu

Shift & Rest Days: 24/7 schedule

Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college degree

Work Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager in a travel or telecommunications voice account
Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen etc.
Experience in direct client management
Experience in retail or healthcare lines of business is not required or preferred
