Title: Business Development manager Training and Education
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: $1500-$1800 per month.
Purpose Statement
The successful business development professional will build the bridge between industry and talent for our clients Career Development Department by developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading corporations universities and government bodies.
Your core purpose is to drive the growth of a premier suite of career training professional certification and workforce development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify pursue and establish high-impact partnerships with corporate clients educational institutions and industry associations to drive program enrolment and create new revenue streams.
- Consultative Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized training proposals workshops and career service solutions that address the specific talent development needs of our partners.
- Program & Initiative Launch: Spearhead the creation and execution of value-added programs including job fairs internship placements employer roundtables and executive briefings that enhance our brand and provide tangible benefits to the community.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key partners ensuring high levels of satisfaction identifying opportunities for growth and securing long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide insightful feedback from the market to guide the evolution of our training programs. Maintain accurate records of all sales and partnership activities using CRM systems to track performance and manage pipelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A proven track record of 3-5 years in a business development partnerships or client-facing role preferably within the education corporate training HR consulting or professional services sectors. Experience selling intangible services is highly valued.
- Skills:
- A natural connector with exceptional interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop customized solutions for diverse clients.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office suites.
