Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote Philippines
Hours: Full-time 9AM 5PM US Eastern time
Salary: PHP 25000 to 45000 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

A US-based BPO company

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and call 50 inbound marketing generated leads daily.
  • Directly contribute to achieving monthly targets by meeting listings goals ensuring high-quality businesses are advertised for sale.
  • Assess the legitimacy and readiness of each inbound lead to sell.
  • Manage a pipeline of working leads ensuring regular follow-up to maximize lead conversion.
  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads.
  • Focus on qualifying and generating demand from business owners.
  • Conduct qualifying calls using both audio and video formats with end-user customers.
  • Meet weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for phone calls and emails.
  • Demonstrate the service to qualified customers/prospects via video calls.
  • Input update and maintain CRM records for each account and opportunity within your assigned area(s).
  • Maintain a high level of activity and data hygiene in the CRM.
  • Participate in weekly forecast meetings and provide regular updates.
  • Continuously build knowledge of the service and engage in ongoing training to enhance skill set.
  • Follow-up diligently on all activities and communications.
  • Attend daily team meetings weekly company-wide virtual meetings and additional ad-hoc virtual meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with and selling to small business customers.
  • Prior experience working with a team that is being built from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM Excel and other productivity tools as needed.
  • Prior experience as a salesperson converting over the phone.
  • Quick learner who can work effectively in an ever-changing startup environment.
  • Proactive with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently speak to customers and buyers at all levels.
  • Ambitious motivated and a self-starter with plenty of energy.
  • BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and success.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently under management/time pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with determination to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
