Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (Philippines or Latin America)
Compensation:
- Philippines: $1000 $1200/month incentives
- Latin America: $1200 $1500/month commission/incentives

Schedule: Full-time U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
About the Role
We re looking for a high-energy and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a rapidly scaling marketing-tech company thats transforming how advertisers reach high-intent audiences. Youll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads engaging with marketing teams agencies and DTC brands who want to supercharge their advertising performance using cutting-edge AI and credit-card-spending-based targeting technology.
This is a growth-focused role where your communication skills sales instincts and organization will help drive meaningful pipeline opportunities for the Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email LinkedIn cold calls and event follow-ups
- Qualify inbound demo requests and determine customer fit
- Schedule meetings and coordinate hand-offs to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Research accounts and personalize outreach using intent data and buyer signals
- Collaborate closely with marketing on messaging alignment and campaign feedback
- Track KPIs including call volume conversion rate and qualified opportunities
What You ll Bring
- 1 2 years of SDR or BDR experience (MarTech AdTech or SaaS experience a big plus)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working U.S. hours and engaging with U.S.-based leads
- Self-starter attitude with excellent follow-through and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) and outreach platforms (Apollo Lemlist etc.)
- Curiosity about data marketing and AI technology
- Ability to stay organized and hit weekly/monthly outreach and meeting goals
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ad agencies eCommerce clients or lead generation in a SaaS startup
- Exposure to Meta/TikTok Ads ecosystem
- Familiarity with U.S. data privacy landscape or performance marketing trends
