PROCESS AND TIMELINE
Application Deadline: September 24 2025; Applications will be reviewed in a rolling format starting September 19 2025 so please submit your applications early if possible.
The fellowship is a one-year program beginning in mid-summer.
A competitive salary is provided each year (non-negotiable)
HOPCo pays for the fellow to attend one instructional conference during his or her tenure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works in conjunction with Market Transformation Teach team to build relationships with hospital partners and facilitate
timely completion of the sales cycle. Participates in the conception planning development and implementation of operational
and health system business plans in concert with the EVP of Market Transformation.
Supports Market Transformation team with coordinating the planning and management functions associated with the
business financial and clinical activities including but not limited to: operations/quality performance and monitoring
regulatory compliance purchasing and inventory marketing human resource planning and staffing issues physician and
hospital team member education volume growth drivers and potential new program development opportunities.
Collaborate with Market Transformation team to determine designate and manages processes teams and projects that
will support the improvement of each touch point of the surgeon and patient in the Orthopedic Service Line by acting as a
liaison between hospital and practice management. Ensure communication and hand offs are communicated effectively
between the hospital and practice.
Lead special projects for orthopedic service line management.
Assists in measuring and tracking the success of executed communications/marketing initiatives.
Assist with development of communication plans materials presentation and project management plans for partner
hospitals.
Supports the philosophy code of ethics and set of values in a company dedicated to excellence in patient care and
healthcare administration
Develops leadership skills
Acquires marketable administrative and technical skills
Demonstrates management potential in specific areas at various levels through diversified line and/or staff responsibilities
that will contribute to the organization

EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will be capable and willing to dig deep into implementation project management and client
relationships.

Unofficial graduate school transcripts (minimum 3.5 GPA)
Two Letters of recommendation: one must be an academic reference and one a professional reference.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or equivalent degree by start date.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. HOPCo is unable to sponsor work visas
