Job Description

Based in our Sydney CBD office this role is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers in the Highly Engaged team and supporting the Head of Relationship Management in executing the Highly Engaged strategy that delivers elevated customer satisfaction and increases market share in the premium segment.

About the Role

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of 8 Relationship Managers ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
  • Support the Head of Relationship Management with innovative approaches to relationship building customer experience and service that disrupts the traditional category approach.
  • Maintaining effective processes systems and structures to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Lead team on continuous improvement of process across all aspects of relationship management.
  • Act as a point of escalation and contact for escalated customer issues and feedback.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in customer management and event support.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with teams such as Value Customer Engagement Risk & Trading Customer Operations and Sustainability & Product to drive brilliant customer experiences.

About You

  • Strong leadership and team management skills successfully leading and developing a team of Account Managers.
  • Proven background in sales / account management / customer service.
  • Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to gain insight into external and internal customer needs and motivations to identify opportunities that benefit the customer.
  • Self-driven to proactively drive high standards and results.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management background with proven experience working in cross functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team targets and KPIs.
