Job Title: Lead Bartender

Grove City Brewing Co. and Plum Run Winery are a connected craft brewery and winery located in the heart of historic Grove City. We serve house-brewed beer locally made wine and a full-service food menu in a vibrant community-focused setting. Were seeking a skilled and energetic Lead Bartender to help set the pace behind the bar guide the team and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example during busy shifts with high-level bartending skills
- Support and train bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure a clean organized and fully stocked bar
- Deliver friendly knowledgeable and efficient service
- Support cocktail menu execution and new product rollouts
- Maintain responsible alcohol service and uphold safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years elevated cocktail bartending experience in a fast-paced environment 1 year leadership or bar leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails beer and wine
- Positive team-oriented attitude and leadership presence
- Able to work nights weekends and events
