Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Lead to join our QA team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Senior Resource with experience of 10 years 2. Should have experience in Overseeing and leading Projects and Team for Testing 3. Should have TFS GIT JIRA SQL knowledge. 4. Manual Testing Expert. (Functional Database Volume Regression Sanity Smoke & Mobile) 5. API Testing Knowledge on various tools. 6. Knowledge of Test Case preparation Test Execution Test Data preparation. 7. Should have effective planning and Reporting Skills 8. Should be able to manage all the testing activities by overseeing all aspects from planning to execution 9. Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment 10. Test Report preparation expert. 11. Provide Demo to Stakeholders and Documentation Skill. 12. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 13. Ensure adherence to QA processes and company standards. 14. Participate in sprint planning and review meetings as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). (0-10 this is dynamic value pls change) years of experience in manual software testing. Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla). Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. TestRail Zephyr) is a plus. Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of databases and SQL. Awareness of automation tools or frameworks (for future learning and growth).
