We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and tenants ensuring account accuracy resolving inquiries and providing top-tier service. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple accounts will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients tenants and internal departments
Manage and update customer accounts ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Resolve billing issues payment discrepancies and general inquiries professionally
Prepare reports and account summaries as needed
Support the account management team with renewals collections and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Deliver consistent and reliable service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service account management or a related role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer account systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
