Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive
Job Location: Chandler AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities maintaining and fostering client relationships delivering presentations and proposals and achieving sales targets.
- Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and product teams negotiating contracts and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- 5 years Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Account management and client relationship-building experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling.
- Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
