As an Account Manager you will be the face of Client Brands in the Cleveland OH market. You will focus on building strong long-term relationships with store managers associates category buyers and distributors to drive sales and market share. Your efforts will directly support the continued growth and national success of our innovative beverage portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease Client Brand sales within the assigned territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with store-level and distributor contacts
Ensure merchandising compliance: brand display planogram adherence pricing and POP standards
Monitor market conditions and provide routine reports on competitive products and trends
Participate in distributor meetings to align on sales strategies and performance
Analyze territory and sales data to identify underperformance and recommend corrective actions
Assist with promotional planning sampling activations and trade solutions
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently position Client brands in the marketplace
Effectively manage time priorities and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a local brand ambassador driving product visibility and velocity in-store
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally in the beverage or CPG industry
Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational analytical and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the creativity to design local sales/marketing programs
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional weekends/on-call rotations
