Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries orders and service-related questions
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates
- Manage and track order status follow up on delivery schedules and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with internal teams (production logistics engineering) to meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support performance goals
- 1 years of experience in customer service preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic positive and customer-obsessed mindset
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Technical background or familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems is a bonus
