Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries orders and service-related questions
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates
Manage and track order status follow up on delivery schedules and resolve issues quickly
Coordinate with internal teams (production logistics engineering) to meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order information
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support performance goals
Requirements:
1 years of experience in customer service preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Energetic positive and customer-obsessed mindset
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Technical background or familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems is a bonus
