Job Description

The Implementation Services team is a thoughtful collaborative and growing team whose mission is to ably establish clients and partners onto the Collective Health platform. We are the first interaction with a client post-sale and the impact of our interaction plays a significant role in the future success of our members. As a team we guide clients and partners through implementation with expertise empathy and creativity.

The Implementation Project Manager is a client-facing cross-functional project management role. In this role you own the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout Collective Health - Eligibility Benefit Plan Design Finance etc. - and external partners. This role gives the space to be both highly collaborative as well as the ability to take ownership over the success of a project.

What youll do:

  • Track and manage multiple client implementations using Smartsheet (project management software) over the course of 90-120 day engagements
  • Scope execute and manage the implementation process for complex clients onto Collective Healths Workforce Health Management System interfacing directly with clients partners and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction partnership and success.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales Client Success Product Marketing Finance and Member Advocacy teams to manage customization requests partner integrations and risk escalations across a client portfolio inclusive of small medium and enterprise clients
  • Identify opportunities and develop process improvement and efficiency strategies to scale implementation capacities improve the client experience and reduce the cost to implement over time.
  • Manage client expectations dependencies and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience in which key milestones are met on-time and within scope.

To be successful in this role youll need:

  • Proficient with project management tools Smartsheet preferred
  • Proficient with G-suite applications
  • 3-5 years experience implementing and managing complex and/or technical projects
  • Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel at all levels
  • Ability to make progress recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  • Identify evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
  • Experience working in client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Education: BA or equivalent
  • Project management
  • Engagement manager
  • Customer relationship experience
  • Healthcare background helpful

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: Plano TX or Lehi UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.#LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications experience and internal equity.
